Shanghai – Up Studios, one of the rising star companies in Asia’s animation industry, has signed a licensing deal with personal hygiene and disinfectant product brand Swashes to release Super BOOMi hand sanitizer, hand wash foam and wet wipes.
Debuting at the China Licensing Expo this week in Shanghai, the first wave of products will go on sale October 23 in Swashes’ online Tmall stores across Asia, as well as on Super BOOMi’s own online shop. Then, 10 additional SKUs will be released in early November throughout offline retail partners and supermarkets across Greater China. Super BOOMi has become the next hit IP after Kung-fu Panda and Angry Birds to be licensed by Swashes to release products for kids and families.
The ongoing pandemic has reminded everyone how important it is to maintain personal hygiene with healthy habits such as frequent hand sanitization. With some countries in Asia re-opening schools, Super BOOMi Swashes products are perfectly poised as a kids-friendly product line. The Super BOOMi line of products have been specifically formulated by Swashes to be safe for children and mild in nature. In addition, the Super BOOMi sanitizer series includes a fun to carry figurine container and different fruit flavor scents to encourage kids to use them at school. Product packaging also includes BOOMi's main friends in the show, Mia and Mac.
Swashes and Up Studios plan to offer the Super BOOMi sanitizer series to overseas markets to international distributors in early 2021.
